1. What difference is there between waterpolo suits and swimming suits?
The difference is in the pattern and in the fact that all waterpolo suits have a double layer of fabric.
The men’s waterpolo suits have a double layer of Duratech fabric—thus considered fully lined and permitting the suit to fit closer to the body and making it more difficult to grab at.
The Turbo men’s and women’s swimming suits are only lined in front to avoid transparency.

2. What are the Turbo swimming suits made of?
Turbo swimming suits are made of Duratech.  This is a special fabric developed by our company whose main characteristic is the high resistance to chlorine.  Almost all models are made with this fabric.   There are a few women’s suits offered in Lycra—the fabric composition will be indicated in the description on the on-line shop.

3. Are Turbo suits chlorine resistant?
Yes, both our waterpolo suits and our “anti-chlorine” swimsuits are made of a fabric known as “Duratech” especially designed to resist the harshness of chlorine, while offering increased elasticity and adaptability.

4. How should I care for my suit?
The main advice for care of Turbo suits is:
Rinse fully in cold water after each use.
Do not leave rolled up while humid.
Avoid contact with rought surfaces.
Avoid contact with greasy materials, sun creams or other chemical agents.
Wash with a soft detergent, in cold water and without the spin cycle.  Do not lay out in sun to dry.
Following these simple instructions you will extend the life of your suit—keeping in mind, of course, that all fabric has a limited time duration depending on use, amount of chlorine and other personal factors.

5. How do I know if my order has been correctly processed?
When the order process has been finalized and the payment information completed and confirmed you will receive a confirmation of your order with a copy of the same.

6. When will I receive my order?
Once your order has been correctly processed it will be passed into the production process.  The estimated time is calculated in 10 working days.  When your order leaves our warehouses you will receive an email.

7. Can I purchase a suit which is not on sale on the on-line shop?
The Turbo design selection is so extensive that to put them all on sale on-line would be impossible.  Thus, if you are interested in a model that is not available at that moment please consult us –there is a possiblility that it can be done.

8. How will I receive my order?
Our orders are sent all over the world by the courier FedEx International (*) with a guananteed delivery within 24 hours in Europe and within 4 days around the world.
In Spain, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the delivery is by Spain-Tir, part of the Schenker group.  You will receive your order within 48-72 hours.
Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are done by Post.
(*) Shipments to Russia for more than $100 should be consulted.

9. What happens if I am not home when my order arives?
Don’t worry.  The transport agency will leave notificaction and will try again another day or ask that you contact them to arrange the delivery.

10. Can I receive my order at a PO Box?
No, all orders must be delivered and signed for personally—this is not possible with PO boxes.

11. Can I send an order to an address which is not mine?
Yes, you simply fill in the delivery information with the address where you want the merchandise sent to.  You can even send it to a friend or other family member as a surprise.

12. Do I have any additional payments to make when I receive my order?  Customs, shipping etc..?
The shipping costs to domicile are included in the price.  At no time should the transport agency try to charge additional costs.
The ONLY extra that isn’t included in the order is customs duties in the receiving country.  Customs duties vary from country to country and it is impossible to pre-determine what or when they will be applied.
When the shipping company requires payment for customs it is because Customs of that country has required it.  Remember that there are countries whose legislation strongly protects their own products and thus the tariffs for imported goods is high.
In order a product each client is responsible for those customs duties or other tariffs imposed by their country.

13. Can I buy only one Turbo suit?  Is there a minimum?
Naturally there are no minimum quantities.  You can buy a single suit, silicon cap or various artlicles.

14. Is there a discount for multiple purchases?
No, sorry but there are no discounts for bulk purchase or groups. 

15. What is the price of a suit?
All prices for Turbo products are indicated next to the article.  This is a net price and does not include taxes.
Shipments to CEE countries will be charged 16% IVA (VAT), for the rest of the world you should consult the customs legislation of each country.

16. How much is the shipping cost to my house?
The shipping cost can be automatically calculated through the on-line Turbo shop depending on the articles purchased (units, weight, and volume).  You only have to introduce your order and follow all the steps indicated to obtain the total cost of your purchase, which will include the shipping

17. What are the methods?
The payment can be made through credit card or Paypal.  Paypal is a new payment method through the internet which is becoming more popular due to its simplicity and security.  (for more information:  www.paypal.com)  NO shipments are made COD or payment upon delivery.

19. Is it secure to introduce my creditcard on your on-line shop?
Yes.  At Turbo we work with banks using a secured system. You should contact your bank to be sure that you can operate on internet with your card, or introduce the personal information that your bank requests to verify your identity.  This system avoids the risk of duplicated or stolen cards or unathorized persons. 

20. Can products be paid on delivery?
No, we do not offer payment upon delivery.

21. Can articles be changed?
Of course, if the suit  is not the correct size or does not meet your expectations you can change it for another size, model or color.

22. Where do I send the suit to be exhanged?

The costs for the return are your responsibility however we will re-send the artlicle at no additional charge.
It is obligatory to include a short explanation with all relevant information and  the reason for the return in order to avoid delays.
